We have six rental cabins, each with it's own unique personality. The cabins are cozy,comfortable and located in a wooded setting close to the waterfront. Some, but not all of the cabins are equipped with full kitchens, a fridge and woodstove. Please check the facilities list of each cabin to see what they have to offer.

The cabins do not have built in washrooms, however mens and womens heated washrooms with hot showers are located in a central facility. Cabin rental includes the use of showers, laundry facilities and hot tub.

Birken Lakeside Resort is a resort catering to those with an appreciation for our lake, the mountains and the natural wooded surroundings. Stereos, radios, TV's etc are not to be played outside at any time. This does not apply to "Special Events" hosted at our facility by permission of management.

Quiet time is from 11 pm until 8 am.

Fires must be extinguished by 1 am with water provided for this purpose.

Pets are welcome, but dogs must be leashed at all times while in the campground. Cats must not be let out to roam - they transform into Coyote meals. You must clean up after your pets.

Hollywood North

A spacious cabin with full kitchen, large dining area, livingroom, seperate bedroom and views of the lake. Close to the hot tub and bathrooms. Has a private porch the front. Decorated in a vintage Hollywood style. Charming! The cabin voted most likely to host a film festival. Lake View. Sleeps six. The Library

A quiet cabin (shhh!) with an ecclectic collection of books and a seperate bedroom. A readers paradise. Large deck perfect for outdoor eating or entertaining. Has a full kitchen and woodburing fireplace. Sleeps four.(1 Queen, 1 fold out double)  See photo gallery for more photos of this cabin

The Love Shack

The Mexico

The Wild West

A log cabin built in a traditional western style. Decor reminicint of the old west. Seperate bedroom, full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, Lake View, Stone Patio and a deck facing the lake.
